Picking up the key at the R-kioski is a good idea. The place was small but clean and in a very convenient location to access the downtown.

Instructions for picking up the keys were confusing. The communication from the host said "the key service of the nearby R-kiosk", but the nearby R-kioski doesn't have a "key service" and the R-kioski employee didn't know what we were talking about. Eventually we figured it out, but that should be made clearer that there is a package from Matkahuolto that will be dropped off to R-kioski with the guest's name. Also, the message from the host says "R-kiosk is a shopping center in Syke" but that's confusing as well because there is an R-kioski that can be found in the Syke shopping center, but R-kiosk is not, itself, a shopping center. I live in Finland so I was able to figure it out, but a foreigner would be lost with these instructions.
