Communication from owners was very good and they accommodated our requests. Very secure environment and parking. Good working environment.

For a "Luxury" apartment we expected to have a hair dryer and microwave. TV and Internet not working for two days but fixed readily.

The only thing was communication by phone was not good

Plenty of room, great air-conditioning and airflow made for an easy and enjoyable stay.

Doesn't quite look like the photos. It's alot darker and a bit tired with a budget fit out. Little things like dead batteries in remotes for the TV or air-conditioning are easy to fix.

Colour key system for the doors was clever Having some Tupperware / plastic tubs available for meal left overs was a good idea Everything else met expectations from the fotos

Stove top markings have been rubbed off and made cooking difficult, but not impossible. Apple TV didn’t connect - not a significant problem, but if it is going to be available it would be nice to use it.

I arrived quite late on Saturday. So I was figuring out the lock box in the dark but it was fine. I was really pleased with how secure the apartment was, especially as a solo female traveller. I think you could advertise how good the security is.

I didn't dislike anything. I think something to consider would be maybe adding a little welcome thing of non-perishable food? Nothing extravagant. Most of the flights leaving or arriving into Darwin are extremely late and supermarkets and a lot of delivery options are closed too.
