The Parap Markets Stay - Walk to Markets and Cafés

Location was great for us

Pub next door but everything else was fantastic

A beautiful spacious unit that was immaculately maintained and cleaned. Ben went over and above in providing everything we needed for our 1 week stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom and laundry provided everything in abundance. Instructions to access the property was very clear. The surroundings and location were quiet,safe and close to lovely cafes, shops, markets and the water front.

we used our car for most destinations other than parap markets on the last weekend so transport was essential but we had it so no hassles

no serviettes or placemats or paper towels but they are things we like so we do not hold that against them

This thoughtfully decorated apartment has unusually generous spaces with practical stylish furniture, comfortable beds and a commodious balcony. Two bathrooms with ledges in the showers makes it easy to organise all your bits and pieces. (love this!) Spotlessly clean and amazingly quipped for every eventuality, you will want for nothing. All rooms have ceiling fans and aircon so guests are never uncomfortable. Great location close to Parap markets/shopping centre with easy access to nearby restaurants, musems, botanical gardens and the sea. One of, if not the, best apartments I have ever stayed in.

The balcony gets full afternoon sun but this is compensated for by spectacular sun sets.

Een mooi groot appartement met een fijne sfeer. Alles is aanwezig en er is aandacht besteed aan de aankleding. Ook de keuken heeft wat basis spullen staan, erg praktisch. Je kan gratis binnen het hek parkeren. De host is online erg behulpzaam en duidelijk.

Ik vond het tweepersoonsbed wat aan de harde kant, mijn man had er wel ok op geslapen. Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping, daar moet je even rekening mee houden met je baggage, vonden wij verder geen probleem.

The property was spacious and centrally located. Secure parking was important

The property adjoins the back of Parap Tavern. While guests were respectful throughout our stay, the tavern bins were quite audible. At regular intervals, staff dispose of bottles and on Monday mornings the rubbish collection came quite early and took quite a while. I guess not a problem if you travel for business and are up anyway. The floor drains did have a bit of a sewer smell and it is a good idea to keep the bathroom doors closed while you are out and about. It wasn't too bad. The property had a bit of wear and tear, such as a small hole to the plasterboard wall and some cracked cutlery in the kitchen. Unfortunately, upon check out the host tried to frame us for some wear and tear that we do not recognize and don't feel was ours.

Everything. Location, beds, pillows, bathrooms, lounge, parking and all amenities.

Nothing to complain about. One suggestion is to place " Make up removal face towels in bathrooms". Photo attached below.
