"Simply great! Great little place for a great visit to Lake Como."

Great little place with ideal location. Not near busy road but still central. 10 min walk to town centre. Good parking possibilities. Great communication with host. Nothing to complain and would book again, and again and again. I even got a sms a day after I left. The found a Micro sd card during cleaning. Bravo!

We have absolutely nothing to complain. It was clean, well decorated. We can recommend it to everybody.

Compact apartment with all the basic needs plus coffee and some snacks. This was very welcome since we arrived on a Sunday when the supermarket was closed. Location perfect: near to beach, church square with restaurants, green walking route, boats and waterfall. 2 balconies overlooking Lake Como, very quiet neighborhood. Very friendly, attentive host.

Curtain on the bedroom balcony side was missing, made us wake up early in the morning.

Mirko was an amazing host, very responsive and gave a detailed map with suggestions on what to do in Lenno and around it. The apartment had everything we needed and expected. The view from the balcony is beautiful!

Everything was great! The only downside would be that it was a bit cold during nights, so maybe an external electric heater would be nice to have for the future. Especially after end of summer season.

well furnished kitchen nice terrace with view nice residential neighborhood. close walk to town. ferry is close. nice bathroom. lots of windows.

all good though it is uphill from the town if that bothers you.

"The perfect spot to enjoy Lake Como!"

To be able to do everything on foot. The place itself which is clean, spacy and very nice with a perfect balcony to have dinner while enjoying the view. The host that gave us perfect instructions to enjoy the region.
