Check in was smooth

Dishes were unclean, I had to wash them before use. Room felt uncomfortably chilled in morning, I expected heating to work well.

Nice and clean apartment. We received the instructions how to collect the keys. Sufficient space, quiet and perfect for a 2 kids family.

Just a couple of things….. Low quality towels. Toaster not working. Light in bathroom not working. Coffee cups not cleaned properly. Bathroom door very stiff to open, too difficult for a child!
