Nagyon közel a városközponthoz és az élelmiszerbolthoz. Ház előtti szabad parkolóhelyek. Kerthelyiség. Nagyon csöndes környék. Gyors wifi.

Nemzeti Sakk Csapatbajnokságon vettünk részt a Sportcsarnokban. 6 főre egy kulcsot kaptunk. A gyerekek nem egyszerre végeztek. Később 2 kulccsal jobb volt a ki-be jutás.
