The view,the staff, swimming pool and location are good.

The apartment needs a good cleaning and needs to be maintained better. The shower head was rusty and sprayed in all directions. I had to kill a cockroach and the kitchen was covered in stains. It is a shame because the apartment has the potential to be much better.
