Andrea, the host, was very helpful. We arrived late, and only gave him short notice, but he arrived quickly to let us in. The place was clean and tidy, with plenty of fresh linen and towels. The accommodation was basic, but we were only using it as a place to sleep after spending time with family who live locally. Would recommend.

Nothing to mention

The apartment is in the ground floor, therefore also perfect for disabled persons. It is in a very quiet and nice area of Pavia and has an own protected parking area directly in upfront of the house. The Flat is equipped with an air con, which is very helpful in the summer. The host is a very helpful person, who tries to help in all situations. The flat is equipped with all you need for a shorter or even loner stay, including a washing machine. The flat gives a good possibility to visit the nice city of Pavia as well as a good base camp for trips to the near by cities of Milano and Cremona. The space is adequate also for bigger families with children and the price is more, than fair. Altogether a recommendable place for families, couples and handy disabled persons.

The washing machine should be replaced

The apartment had air conditioning and a parking space inside the condominium. The building is well located, making it easy to reach the historical center of Pavia. The price was attractive compered with competitors in the area.

It is impossible to get the shower to a nice temperature. It is either too hot or too cold, and you end up wasting a lot of water trying to achieve a temperature that is unattainable. I guess the problem is with the boiler system. Also, the shower’s drain was blocked with a lot of hair, which I cleaned up myself. There was no dishwasher. The apartment is too noisy. You can clearly hear the neighbors in their apartments and every time someone comes in and goes out through the building's main entrance door. Soap for washing machine was not available.
