Wallace Apartment - A unique apartment in countryside park with WIFI and access to bar and pool

Lovely and clean apartment with plenty of space for a group of 8. Appreciated the allowance of a later check out. Every member of staff I met was friendly and helpful. Shout out to James and the lovely guy with the beard! A short but very sweet stay.

The apartment is incredibly spacious. The GM, James, is very welcoming. The park was good for the kids.

We didn't receive a particularly warm welcome from reception and weren't informed before booking that the pool would be unavailable on the Sunday of our stay. We only found out when we asked to book a time slot. There was no breakfast available as the restaurant was closed (despite seeing signs for breakfast). The food is average. Definitely overpriced for one night stay.

Food in the bistro was terrible....as were the dogs running around our feet whilst eating!!!!!

11 of us staying in 3 accommodations for a family wedding. I phoned reception a month before to book a table for the Friday night for a family meal to be told when we turned up that reception hadn't passed the booking on. 4 hungry children and 7 adults left hanging till 9pm

Beautiful old building full of character and charm

Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Area was near the A9 yet attractive. Value for money.

There is no reason to dislike anything.
