Tillbrook Cottage

Everything. I didnt want to leave. The owner thought of all those little bits and pieces from a little bottle of cooking oil, freezer bags, foil, cling wrap and so much more. It was as if we were house sitting while she was on holiday. We will certainly re-book if we come to Perth again.

We have advised the owner of the 3 ONLY things that could be attended to: 1. We couldn't wash our clothes in cold water. Even though I selected the cold wash option on the washing machine, it still washed our good clothes in hot water causing them to crease. We tried turning off the hot water tap but then the machine wouldn't fill with water. 2. The bottom right hand side of the shower door leaked, so the shower mat got soaked every time we showered. 3. The mat in the lounge area kept moving on the polished floor when we were seated (we just pushed the mat away from our feet). I've suggested something underneath the mat to stop it moving as this was dangerous and could potentially cause a trip/fall.

I loved everything about this cottage :-) it was just beautiful!! Lovely and clean, nice and quiet, and the location was perfect!! I enjoyed my stay so much that I would stay there again on my next visit. It's such a beautiful and tranquil area. Loved all the wildlife, and waking up to the sound of birds was amazing... thank you for a magical stay!!

An exceptional place to stay, giving that rustic outside look with a well maintained and full of amenities interior. Clean and cosy cottage, comfortable beds. Perfect location with everything not too far away. Great communication with the owner who also gave us an extra couple of hours to check out. The family loved it and even though I had to work I knew we had an amazing place to stay and enjoy after. We will definitely be back...

We didn't like that we had to go... 2 nights weren't enough for our family and work related getaway...

Very clean, good heating, very comfortable bed.

No washing up detergent or dishcloth. Slippery shower, narrow toilet. Bath towels quite thin.

Everything was great...location, cleanliness, host easy to contact and helpful, close to great walks, great to be able to self cater

It rained a lot which limited our activities outside, but we knew the weather was likely to be wet and cold. The accommodation was warm and dry.

It was cute and well built.

The cottage has rustic charm with all the modern conveniences. We love the peace of the Perth Hills.

Perhaps some instructions for what to do with the rubbish. I didn't know which bin to use for recycling.
