Appartement très bien situé. Propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel.

Humidité dans la salle de bain.

Apartamento muy cerca del centro. Precioso recién reformado. Nos obsequió la anfitriona con una botella de vino y cafés e infusiones. Cerca aparcamiento y una zona para descargar las maletas y en menos de 5 minutos en el apartamento. Nos ha encantado.

Nada. Todo genial.

Location was fine. Price was fine. Aircon was a godsend. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Parking a car nearby was a pain in the ass. There's a small parking lot up on the hill (osnovna sola cirila kosmaça piran) but locals park there. So I would recommend temporarily parking there to drop off your luggage. And then park in one of the two parking garage.

Everything felt new and the location was pretty good.

There were ant and lots of bugs entering through the netless windows. There was a bad smell that bothered us very much, something between mold and sewerage.

Newly renovated and fully furnished. Free parking in Arze garage (at about 7 mins on foot) with detailed instructions provided. In addition a free schutle on our departure was also provided (if you have more luggages could be benefit as the garage is on a small hill). Quiet location but still in the old town with a lot of restaurants and bars. Beaches nearby.

A bit smell (guessing a normal in such old houses in the old town on the geound floor). Maybe also for this fan was running all time in the bathroom. Not 'real' window - into the house corridor.

Nice and clean in an excellent location

Parking is an 8 minute walk up a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others. Nothing to make coffee with.
