Great location, close to tram stop and walking distance to Christmas markets, spacious, warm, host good to communicate with and clear instructions of location and entry given.

We arrive 25mins before check in and the cleaners arrived just after us. They said they only needed 30mins to the clean and were happy for us to leave our bags while we went and got a late lunch. Which we were thankful for since and we were 25mins early anyways. Everything was neat and tidy when we returned but you could tell the clean was a rush job, dusty and some old food missed with the vacuum cleaner. I didn’t contact the host about it as I preferred to just clean it up myself and didn’t think it was worth cleaners coming back, and being Christmas I understand it’s a busy time.

Douche is al na 2 personen lauw / koud en hij kan niet goed opgehangen worden!

Er waren wat kleine niet-(goed)functionerende dingen zoals de klink om de schuifdeur naar het balkon te openen.

"Gent ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge überall hin und bietet viele Restautants."

Gute Lage, großer Esstisch, genügend Geschirr. Dank des guten Platzangebotes konnten wir uns dort wohlfühlen und nach den Tagesausflügen gut erholen.

Moskitoplage in der Wohnung, Spülmaschine hat nicht ordentlich gespült.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, con servicios alrededor y preparado para las personas que se alojan. El balcón es una maravilla y las habitaciones y camas muy cómodas. El salón también muy agradable y la cocina bien equipada. Perfecto para unos días en la ciudad.

En nuestro caso, la limpieza que presentaba el apartamento al llegar no era la esperada. Había restos de los inquilinos anteriores y eso hizo que no fuera tan agradable la estancia. No obstante, creemos que ha sido una cosa puntual y en general el apartamento estaba en buenas condiciones.

Great Location

There was quite a a bit of construction around the building during our stay, which isn’t the fault of the accommodation, just bad luck. Otherwise, great for our needs
