"Einfach Wohlfühlen"

Tolle Lage und die Kommunikation mit Maria waren super. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Toll ist die Terrasse und der Balkon und, dass die Schlafzimmer im kühleren Souterrain sind. Es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe gibt es vom Bäcker, über Supermarkt, Post und tollen kleinen Läden, alles, was man braucht. Metro und Bus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

"Een voortreffelijk verblijf in Porto"

Het was schoon en ruim. Wat luxe was, was dat er twee badkamers waren ( op de begane grond en beneden). Ook de patio was geweldig. We waren ook blij met de airconditioning. Het was op 20 min loopafstand van het centrum en er was op een paar minuten lopen een bakkertje en een supermarkt. ‘s Nachts was het heerlijk rustig. Maria gaf vooraf duidelijke informatie over de aankomst en tijdens het verblijf reageerde ze heel snel via de app. We hebben ook leuke tips gekregen van haar gekregen. Echt super geregeld allemaal.

Eigenlijk niets. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en je bent toch voornamelijk op pad.

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder!"

geräumige, helle Wohnung mit gemütlicher, liebevoller Einrichtung. Im Schlafzimmer kein Straßenlärm zu hören (einzig bei Regen durch das Dach der Terasse etwas geräuschevoll), Terasse gut ausgestattet und sowohl bei Sonne als auch bei Regen gut nutzbar. Tolle Ausstattung (eine Waschmaschine zwar nicht vorhanden, aber genau gegenüber kleiner Waschsalon und 2 Gehminuten weiter noch ein großer Waschsalon). Küche eher klein, aber ausreichend. In der Straße gute Bäckerei, Cafés und Minimarkt, fußläufig Supermärkte.

Parken schwierig (Porto aber allgemein nicht empfehlenswert mit Auto, da sehr viel Verkehr), ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre nicht verkehrt. keine Spülmaschine (von Größe der Küche auch schwierig zu verbauen)
