Invicta Premium - 4BR Downtown apartment with AC

Clean, spacious and modern apartment right in the heart of the amazing city of Porto. Location is super convenient within walking distance to all sights and just a 20 minute walk to the river bank. There's an abundance of fine restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops nearby plus an open air market to buy fresh fruit and groceries and even grab some fresh seafood right from the Atlantic ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, etc and tastefully decorated. Pedro and Leonor, our hosts, made everything look easy, were super friendly and welcoming and made some interesting suggestions to add to our travel experience. WiFi up and running all the time. The place is super clean and comfortable, thought we were at home. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend this apartment for large companies and would love to come back sometime.

I literally picked this apartment off the map, with zero knowledge of the city. So we were prepared for anything. What we got was an absolutely delightful, well located, quiet and fairly large residence from which to explore the vibrant city of Porto. It is essentially the first floor of a three floor apartment building, but we rarely heard any of the other residents above us. No traffic noise. Actually, there is very little honking or emergency vehicle noise anywhere in the city, except during rush hour - a caveat, do not try to go anywhere between about 5:30 and 7:30 PM in a car! Well loved Santa Catarina Avenue is literally just around the corner, and you are steps from amazing restaurants, shopping, gift, shops. I also had no idea how close or far it was from anything, but turns out you are a 15 minute to half hour walk away, usually downhill, from almost everything a visitor to Porto would want to see. Occasionally, we would Uber down to the waterfront instead of walking.

Be advised that there is no “view“ from this apartment. Although the apartment is light and there are definitely a number of windows, the only thing that would have made this stay better was access to some sort of an outside terrace/garden/patio area.

Location and host were exceptional!

There was sufficient gathering space for the eight of us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the ac worked great! We like the big fridge! It was quiet and comfortable.

There is no place in the bathrooms to put your toiletries etc except for one little drawer under the sink! Also, one of the bathrooms is off the kitchen.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Porto. Special thanks to our host Pedro and the wonderful accommodations! Firstly, the location was superb. We were right in the heart of Porto, close to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, AC in every room and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. From recommending local restaurants and sites to visit, his hospitality was unparalleled. He was always available to answer questions and provide assistance, making us feel truly welcome. The highlight of our trip was the stunning view from the Douro River Cruise. Cleanliness was also top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the apartment. Overall, our experience with Pedro and the accommodations exceeded all expectations. If you're planning a trip to Porto, look no further – this is the place to stay!

The apartment had everything we needed and the location was excellent. Our host could not greet us but sent his friend who did a wonderful job of showing us around the apartment and orienting us to Porto.
