Не было интернета, вид из окна на стену и окна с решетками, очень шумно из-за постоянного трафика автомобилей внизу

Acomodação segura, limpa, aconchegante e confortável. Ideal para duas pessoas e para longas estadias. A localização perfeita, perto de bares, lavanderias, padarias, várias estações de metrô e supermercados. Bairro tranquilo. Prédio sempre bem limpo. Fácil check-in e check-out. A equipe sempre muito atenciosa.

A internet não funcionou nenhum dia, mesmo reiniciando o roteador, ficamos o usando o wifi da padaria que tem ao lado. O custo benefício é ótimo, mas sentir falta de um microondas ou um forno.

Precisa de uma TV :(

非常に広くてベッドも快適、設備も整っており高級ホテルに宿泊しているような居心地でした。周りにレストランも複数あり、とくに評価の高いレストランが近くにあり最高の食事を楽しめました。

今後利用される方のために、鍵の開け方をお伝えします。まず事前に送られてきた資料にはキーボックスはキャビネットに格納されていると書いてありますが、当日建物の中に入って部屋の前に行ってもキーボックスが見当たらず、一つ下の階の部屋かと思いそこのキーボックスを開けようとしてしまいました。当然番号が合わず開かないため、電話で問い合わせたところキーボックスの開け方の動画が送られてきましたが、まったく役にたちませんでした。キーボックスはドアのすぐ隣ではなく、右側に扉があってその中についていましたが、発見までに１時間を要しました。 やっと鍵を見つけて差し込んで回してみても、鍵が開きません。 メールで問い合わせたところドアノブを手前に引きながら左に回してくださいとの指示がありました。 そのような指示は事前にいただいておらず、しかも左ではなく右に回さないと開きませんでした。 遅い時間に到着した場合問い合わせしても返答がなかっただろうことを考えると本当に危なかったです。 部屋が素晴らしいだけに事前のご案内を丁寧にしていただきたいです。

Beautiful apartment with fully equipped kitchen made it a nice stay and offered a possiblity to have a good homemade breakfast. Comfortable bathroom, options of pillows. Convenient location to explore the city. There are many shops, bakery (just downstairs), cafes around.

The noise from the street! You felt as if sleeping directly on the street. Luckily, we had earplugs so it was bearable. To have the window open throughout the whole night didn't feel safe (2nd floor), but the apt does not have proper a/c so it was neccesary. The coffee machine was leaking and for 2 people for 3 night stay we have been offered only 2 coffee capsules. There were so many moths at the apartment! I specifically didn't like the checkin process - the host waited until thevery last moment before the checkin time (4 pm) to provide access codes. I had to call them to make sure I'll get the codes, which made it complicated to plan my stay. I do not understand why it was not offered to leave the luggage at the place before checkin and had to pay additional 12 EUR for city lockers.
