Suite In

Location is good. Near the main Metro station and quite center.

Location, modern, well equipped

Whilst we booked Suite In, the host said there had been a mistake - made by booking.com and we were now booked into a room called Aurora Sky. Whilst similar decor, it was much smaller, no aircon and definitely a grade down from what I booked and paid for. I mentioned to the host raising the request for a refund. Did not get any feedback from him regarding this. I strongly feel that this matter should be addressed by booking.com.

El colchón está para cambiarlo, en serio se hunde por el centro. El sofá que está en frente de la TV le hace falta una funda , porque tiene suciedad . Al menos podría dejar alguna sábana de más para cubrir el sofá Falta un tostador para tener casi de todo de menaje.

L'appartamento era delizioso e molto pulito. La posizione era super centrale, vicinissima alle vie principali e alle stazioni metro utili per girare la città e per recarsi in aeroporto. Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente rialloggeremo qui con piacere una prossima volta. PS: topper del materasso super apprezzato!👍🏻

(Unico appunto lo farei sui divani un po' usurati e sul phone molto piccolo e poco potente)

Easy Check-in: The check-in process was very smooth. We received a message with the code for the key box, and the host kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard 3 PM time. Excellent Location: The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Trindade station, providing easy access to the Campanhã bus terminal and the airport. The historic center and Ribeira are also within easy walking distance.

Missing Essentials: There was no toaster, coffee machine, or iron. The hairdryer provided was very weak — practically impossible to dry or style hair with. TV: The television is old and not a Smart TV, so you can only watch standard Portuguese channels. Hygiene Issues: One of the shower towels was poorly washed and covered in black stains (though they did provide replacements after we complained). Hidden Fees: Although the listing mentioned two sleeping areas, there was no bedding for the sofa. When we asked for it, we were told it costs an extra 20 euros, as the host expects two guests to share the same bed by default. I wouldn't recommend this place if you value comfort and transparent service.

No hubo trato en persona. Sólo se nos dio indicaciones (no completamente claras) sobre cómo ingresar al edificio y donde obtener la llave pata el ingreso al departamento. De todos modos después de unos minutos se nos indico con claridad cómo ingresar a través de WhatsApp
