Le simple vitrage dans cette maison plein de toiles d’araignée et d’autres bêtes c’était angoissant! Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit tellement les gens viennent au pied de la façade pour sauter du pont! Ça crie ça boit de l’alcool… dès le début c’est un périple pour rejoindre le logement car l’accès y est très difficile! Des personnes non sportives ou handicapées ce n’est pas du tout envisageable ! Le premier bateau qui arrive pour éviter de marcher fait trembler toute la maison! On a vraiment très mal vécu ce séjour. Je le déconseille à tout le monde.

Property had a very good vibe and a cool location. Right on the lake. With the windows open it was amazing.

Seems like the property has an extremely musty basement. Certainly understandable with it being right on the lake and waterfall, but something that should be addressed as the smell is overpowering. After three nights at the property my entire wardrobe reeked and had to be thoroughly cleaned. (Even things I didn’t wear, simply items I made the mistake of sitting out on the shelves in the bedroom). The second floor flooring also needs looking at, my wife almost fell through to the left of the top of the stairs. Scary thin wood construction.

The location of the accommodation was nice, although it was difficult to reach and very crowded.

The accommodation was accessible via a small footpath, about a 10-minute walk, so it’s better to come without a suitcase. Because the spot is very popular, there were a lot of people around. Unfortunately, there were only a handful of parking spaces available, which were always used by other tourists on site. When we arrived, the accommodation unfortunately wasn’t clean, but that would apparently have been taken care of right away. However, we decided not to stay because there were simply too many people in the area. Overall, we would have appreciated more transparent communication in advance about the local conditions, such as the arrival situation. We were aware that it’s a popular area, but we were still surprised by how many people were lingering directly in front of and around the accommodation. This gave us a very uncomfortable feeling.

The place exceeded our expectations! The location is truly magical: right by the Romanesque bridge, with stunning views and a unique atmosphere. We loved being immersed in such a historic and picturesque spot.

The only small drawback is that during the day the area can get noisy and crowded, as it’s a very popular destination. However, in the quieter mornings and evenings, the charm returns and it feels like having a piece of history all to yourself. A special highlight was witnessing romantic moments like proposals from the coming boats - it made our stay even more memorable.

Die Beschreibung auf dem Portal ist irreführend. Die Brücke direkt an der Unterkunft ist ein Touristenmagnet. Diese ist Tag und Nacht von sehr vielen Menschen belagert, die ihre Rücksäcke hauptsächlich auf der Treppe vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung stapeln. Der Geräuschpegel ist durch Schreie durch springen von der Brücke und Musik unerträglich. Der Zugang von der Straße ist eine Zumutung (langer, steiler, schmaler und hoch frequentierter Weg) und mit Gepäck nicht tragbar. Keine umliegende Infrastruktur zum Essen oder Einkaufen. Es wird ein völlig falsches Bild durch geschickte Fotos vermittelt. Diese Angebot ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Wir haben das Objekt verlassen und uns eine andere Unterkunft vor Ort gesucht. Diese wussten umliegend von den Problemen mit dieser Unterkunft und wir waren augenscheinlich nicht die ersten Gäste, die auf das Angebot hereingefallen sind. Der Eincheckvorgang ist wohl aufgrund dieser Tatsachen sehr komplex und es werden viele Unterschriften und Fotos erwartet. Man fühlt sich sehr getäuscht.

Logement insalubre ! Odeur de moisi dès l’entrée, boîtes anti-humidité dans tous les coins. En réponse, l’établissement nous conseille… de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Une blague ! Ménage facturé 126 € mais jamais fait. Climatisations hors service, et le seul ventilateur présent fait un bruit d’avion prêt à décoller : inutilisable. L’accès au logement est catastrophique, impraticable avec un bébé ou une personne handicapée. En bas, c’est carrément un squat. Après 7h de route, nous avons tenu 1h avant de repartir. Remboursement refusé, photos totalement mensongères ! 👉 Établissement malhonnête, à fuir de toute urgence !!!

The property is simply amazing, well decorated and has all you need. The location is fantastic, its right on the lake. The kitchen is small but well equipped, the bathroom looks a little dated but works just fine. This is a ideal for a short stay, but don't carry too much as them steps can be hard work. The Ponte della Civera bridge outside the property is visited by people from all over the world who jump off this bridge from when the sun comes up till when it goes down. We made use of the water Navigazione Laghi ferry to go to Como and Bellagio, the best way to travel in my opinion, we took the bus once but it was too crowded. Nesso is quite remote but this adds to its charm. Top tip depending on which way you get to Nesso, there a Lidl in town about 500 meters from the station, take the bus (cheaper) or Uber (expensive) to Nesso, better still walk back to the marina and get the boat to Nesso, its a long ride but a nice ride...and cheap too

It would be nice to inform the people booking this place on the amount of steps to get to the property before the booking is made, its good to have the option, especially those carrying luggage and shopping on first arrival, this is only explained after in an email with directions to the property. the only directions missing which we found out later was to take the Navigazione Laghi ferry from Como for 6 euros each to Nesso which is a 5 minute walk once leaving the boat and cuts out the 100's of steps
