Adriatic Seaview Apartment

The apartment and location were excelent. We spent 8 wonderful days in Omiș and we fel in love with the beaches, old city and surroundings. Ivana, the owner was very nice and attentive to our needs and the apartment was very well equipped for our needs.We will definitely come again, Omiș is a piece of heaven.

Super lokalizacja bardzo blisko przepięknej plaży gdzie nie było tłumów i były miejsca w cieniu.. 5 minut spacerkiem do centrum Omiś. Studenac i Tommy też bardzo blisko Przesympatyczna właścicielka. Bardzo pomocna. Zobaczyłem flaka w oponie zaraz się pojawiła i użyczyła kompresor. Ogólnie wszystko super

Wszystko było super

Apartament spełnił oczekiwania moje i mojej rodziny. W pełni wyposażony, z pięknym widokiem na Adriatyk. Bardzo blisko plaży i 10 minut spacerkiem do centrum miasta. Cudowni i bardzo pomocni właściciele.

Okolica spokojna, cicha. Apartament oddalony od centrum ok 10 min piechotą, od plaży 5 min, najbliższy sklep 5 min. Dobrze wyposażony, duży apartament. W kuchni wszelkie przybory, naczynia i szkło. Jest telewizor z dostępem do internetu, deska do prasowania, żelazko, pralka. Wieczorami i rankiem można delektować się wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa właścicielka. Bardzo miły gest: powitalne wino i zimne piwo w lodówce.

Brak wydzielonego parkingu, parkowanie na ulicy pod domem w ciasnych uliczkach.

When we pulled up to our apartment, there was a beautiful rainbow overhead and an aroma of flowers in the air. Our apartment was spotless and our host Ivana made us feel immediately at home by making sure we had milk and sugar for our coffee among other unexpected treats. The view of the sea off our balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset behind the mountains each night we were there. Jacov and Ivana were kind and gave us great suggestions about dinner and sightseeing in the area. Omis is beautiful and we found the people to be very warm and friendly. It was easy to walk to many places and explore Omis. We definitely recommend and hope to return to see our new friends Ivana and Jacov and explore more of this lovely country. N

Adriatic Seaview Apartments- is advertising as Beachfront - completely false information!! DO NOT BOOK this place, there are places that are actually beachfront down off main street towards DUCE that are less $$ than Adriatic Seaview Apartments. As we arrived to site 1/2 hr before our check-in we took a walk path to the beach. Path was steep and rocky, one of our guests was 75 year old and she couldn’t make it back up to the apartment. The location of this apartment was impossible for us to stay here. As a result, we had to find a place that is actually a beachfront place. Even though we couldn’t stay at Adriatic Seaview Apartments, unfortunately owners kept our $$ and will not refund it. The owners requested the Booking to remove our review because we didn't stay at their location, but did keep our $$… It’s kind of ironic, isn't it 😊😂😂

First of all, thanks to our hosts! They did a great job by welcoming us to the property, explained all the details of the stay. During our stay, they secured the parking space next to the apartments, this was really nice gesture! The place itself is great! Nice view from the balcony! The Omiš retaurants and beaches are in walking distance, so really recommend this place!

Ivana met us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us around the apartment. She was so welcoming! We later met her husband at their shop, and he was great, too! I would totally stay there again! Excellent wifi, firm beds which were critical for my back, A/C that worked well (while the electricity was on; the entire region lost it one afternoon), gorgeous view. Ivana was available to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The unit was well-supplied and very clean. The A/C is in the main room. We left the bedroom door open with a fan pointed at it from the main room, and that made it fine to sleep. The other bedroom is a corner room and got very hot. Luckily we didn't need it and closed the door to keep the heat out of the rest of the apartment. Be aware there are many steps from street to apartment. Well worth it for the view, but tough on super hot days. The beach right below is amazing! Again, be aware more steps down and up from street to beach and back. It seems the locals are used to it; it was good exercise for us :-) Ivana was also super great about parking. Parking is SUPER tight; however, Ivana always parked 1-2 cars of her own in your spot while you were gone so when you returned, there was always a space for your car. We really appreciated that! Overall, we had a lovely time and the apartment was great. I highly recommend staying there!

Disliked · Nothing in their control was bad (electrical outage was bad, but not in their control). One suggestion: I messaged Ivana, and she was super helpful at giving me recommendations for restaurants. It would be nice if maybe there was a book or something with that information readily available on the coffee table.
