Apartment Borna

Apartman predivan, u skladu s očekivanjima, sve čistoni uredno. Osoblje je drago i pristupačno. Jaccuzzi i vanjski sadržaj uredan i lijepo sređen. Svakako prigodno za mir i opuštanje.

Very well located in the middle of Istria, you can reach all beautiful areas from this central base. Definitely recommend a visit to Rovinj and Groznjan. Regarding the apartment, all you need is there. Cooking facility, oven, fridge/freezer, enough to spent a few days. The host was very friendly, and gave plenty of advice what to visit or where to eat. We also had free access to the grapes being grown there, nice snack.

The pictures are slightly misleading, since the bedroom is also the living and dining room. Would have preferred a wall in between for more coziness, and the sliding door to the bathroom/toilet also doesn't seem to provide much privacy. The hot-tub didn't look very inviting, because it's located directly below the balcony and windows of the house above. We didn't make use of it anyway, the past few days in a remote chalet already were spent long enough in hot-tubs :) From the terrace, you are sometimes bothered by some of the owners or caretakers who walk and drive past-by to the house/garage further down the property. Again, you don't get the feeling that you're really enjoying "your apartment" during your holiday, but are just renting theirs. There is a screen which should help with that, but it doesn't extend all the way to block all view / separate the whole terrace.

Hostitel byl velice příjemný, komunikativní, ochotný, přátelský a poradil nám, kde se nachází nejkrásnější místa na Istrii. Vybavení apartmánu bylo naprosto dostačující (2 dospělí, 1 dítě, pes). Nádherné, opečovávané prostředí v klidné lokalitě, vše bylo blízko. S radostí doporučuji.

Soggiorno bellissimo con idromassaggio e sdrai compresi nell'appartamento, ottima privacy e il gestore molto accogliente e gentile tant'è che ci ha regalato una vaschetta di pomodorini e pomodori raccolti direttamente dal suo orto.
