Nothing apart from the initial entrance downstairs.

We booked a characterful, quirky (and seemingly musically themed!) self- contained apartment to include breakfast for 2 nights. We got a grubby, pokey, dark and dingey afterthought of a room that was filthy. We were supposed to have a deluxe suite apartment with a balcony, breakfast included and washing machine. None of the photos represented what we booked. Our tiny room off a corridor from the hallway was stuffy, small & claustrophobic with no opening windows, or even a view of daylight with 3 different, impenetrable window coverings! Like some before us, we were also told the air con had "just broken" - others remark the host has said this for a year or more so clearly nothing gets fixed! Instead they're were several fans and plenty of what felt personal effects that just served to collect dust. Worse was that the place was really unpleasantly dirty. The toilet and bathroom was stained and urine-crusted, and horribly discoloured towels and flannels, the bedside lamps/tables/desk were thick with dust and skin debris, the microwave was dirty... the furry bed-coverings & numerous brown pillows/cushions were not inviting! Sound- proof rooms were boasted about yet we heard everyone's noises and normal conversations as well add traffic in the corridor. An aside note to be careful of the bed corners (wooden and sharp angles) in such a cramped room - real toe- breakers!!!!) Breakfasts were included but a yogurt pot; del monte fruit pot and a kid's carton of squash left us going into town to get our own! This has been THE WORST accommodation misrepresentation we've ever had and if this review prevents anyone else repeating our experience, it'll be worth the time taken to write this. It was not cheap. It was not good. It was utterly mis-sold and IF YOU are considering booking here then please check that what you're expecting is actually there!
