The property was in an alright location, there is a supermarket across the street and a few restaurants and bars nearby. The metro line is very close.

The property is on the second floor, with no lift access. The property is outdated, plug sockets and fixtures old, worn and broken. The kitchen was infested with ants throughout our stay and we had to keep throwing away food. The balcony door was broken and we couldn’t access the balcony throughout the duration of our stay. The beds were too firm and each day we woke up with bad backs. Only 2 tiny pillows per double bed. Overall, the apartment was the most disappointing part of our trip to Porto. Every day we had to contact HostWise about another issue, and, although they were speedy to respond, no issues were rectified throughout the week of our stay. After spending a considerable amount of money on the apartment, we were extremely disappointed and were not offered any sort of compensation for our dissatisfaction. We’d definitely come back to Porto but would steer clear of this apartment.

Large apartment. Clean. Easy to check in.

Unusually high charge for dog. Deposit and non refundable payment. Avoid if you have dogs.

Good location, close to metro and supermarket but a bit noisy over night

An internal second toilet would have been preferable to the one off the “terrace”

Location was central, just next to metro station, and supermarket. Quiet area. The rooms are spacious, lots of light, very clean, most of the facilities we needed. The keys are in the key locker, which makes it easily accessible to other members of the apartment.

There is only one toilet. The second one (shown in the reservation) is a half bathroom where is put only washing machine and a water heater. No wardrobe in two of the rooms. No lift.

2 families were traveling together and it was quite difficult to find a place for 7 people. The huge supermarket across the street.

we couldn’t figure out whay they advertise the balkony since it is almost imposible to use it as a balkony- 2 people can stand there at the same time and that is all. This appartment was promising beds for 7 but at the end there were only beds for 6 so we were really disappointed. It is also possible that booking did this trick in order to sell the place since the management didn’t know anything obout that. We were missing some salt and sugar in the kitchen. it wouldn’t cost them anything but would help a lot.
