The apartment is really comfortable: it has everything you need and it’s well equipped and the location is great, only 2 mins from Piazza Matteotti

Perfect location in city center. Very helpful and nice host. We had everything what we needed. Many restaurants are just 1 minute walk away.

Good situation, everything close, bus stop to the beach, railwaystation etc. Bright apartment, enough space for two. Wash machine. Little balcony.

Bed mattresses dirty and really old, sofa uncomfortable. No ordinary coffee maker, cutting board, bread knife.

The apartment is a perfect location with all amenities one requires for a few days break in olbia. There was also a beach umbrella and mats. Parking is right below the apartment and Gio gives you a card for entry and exit, the apartment is serviced by a lift so easy to access the apartment on the second floor. I would definitely use Gio again.

The apartment was very central, and the host was very accommodating.

Apartment is spacious enough. There was only my son & myself. It has everything you need, pots, pans, cleaning equipment AND a washing machine. It's an easy walk 2/3 minutes into the main restaurants & bars of which there are many. Port about an 8/10 minute walk. Air-conditioning in kitchen/living room but only a fan machine in bedroom. Gio met us at the property & gave us loads of information on the area & suggested places to visit. Having your own car parking area was a real bonus as we had hired a car.

Bedroom could do with air conditioning. Fan machine worked to an extent but quite noisy.

The apartment is comfy, clean and roomy. Location is very central and easily reachable by bus. The owner, Giò is helpful and nice. Surely you will enjoy your stay there.
