"Merkezi konum , yenilenmişn bir konut."

Kaldığımız evden çok memnun kaldık. Konumu şehir merkezine oldukça yakındı ve ulaşım açısından büyük kolaylık sağladı. Bina yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olduğu için her şey yeni ve bakımlıydı. İki çocuklu aileler için son derece uygun bir konaklama seçeneği olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Mutfak ve banyo tertemizdi, yeni yapılmış ve oldukça kullanışlıydı. Salonda Netflix ve YouTube erişimi olan bir televizyon bulunuyordu; bu da özellikle çocuklu aileler için güzel bir avantajdı. Çocukların kalabileceği ayrı bir yatak odası ve oldukça büyük, konforlu yataklar vardı. Genel olarak konfor, temizlik ve konum açısından beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Tekrar Porto’ya gidersek hiç düşünmeden yeniden burada kalmak isteriz. Hem ulaşım kolaylığı hem de sunduğu konfor sayesinde gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir yer.

Olumsuz olarak belirtebileceğimiz tek konu, daireye ulaşmak için merdiven kullanılması gerektiği ve binada asansör bulunmaması. Bu durum özellikle bebek arabası veya ağır valizlerle seyahat edenler için biraz zorlayıcı olabilir. Ayrıca camlar açıldığında, sokaktaki restoranlardan zaman zaman yemek ve kızartma kokuları gelebiliyor. Ancak her iki odada da klima bulunduğu için camları açmaya çok ihtiyaç duymadık ve bu durum bizim için ciddi bir sorun oluşturmadı.

Really spacious well equipped apartment in a great part of town

The second bedroom doesn’t have a window so we needed to leave the door open to keep air circulating

La ubicación, muy céntrico y cerca de muchas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas.

Es un edificio antiguo que no dispone de ascensor y, aunque sólo hay un tramo de escaleras,, si subes con maletas pesadas es algo complicado.. Pero merece la pena porque es una casa antigua rehabilitada, muy típica de la arquitectura de Oporto.
