Bad sehr klein, Toilette sehr ungünstig direkt hinter der Badtür, Schranktüren unpraktisch zu öffnen, ansonsten alles prima

Todo me encantó. Moderno, amplio. Buen estacionamiento. Todo como nuevo. Lleno de detalles. Los departamentos completísimos. Al recibirte te cuentan la historia del lugar. El desayuno increíble y personalizado. Te cocinan en el momento. Victoria, Telma y Alcira muy amables, atienden con mucho cariño.

Super nett. Ein unglaubliches Frühstück - vorallem für so ein kleines Hotel. Super nette Leute. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs. Es waren ungefragt Kinderstühle vor Ort, Babyhandtücher, Babyduschgel, Baby Geschirr, und super Babybetten mit richtiger Matratze.

The rooms are very well equipped, spacious and thoughtfully designed. We were visiting with a 1 year old and the room was provided very toughtfull with a high chair, cot and childrens cutlery. The location is good, within walking distance of the city centre, and parking at the hotel is convenient. Breakfast is excellent as well. This would easily have been one of the best places we have stayed if not for an unfortunate series of events! We discovered multiple live bed bugs as well as a dead one on the first evening. To the hotel's credit, management responded quickly by moving us to another room and assisting with treatment of belongings the next day (including high-temperature washing of clothes). Complimentary breakfast was also provided, and we were offered a stroller to use while ours was quarantined.

As a precaution following the bed bug incident, we stored quite a lot of (personal) belongings in garbage bags provided by the hotel. Similar bags were also being used for clothes undergoing treatment. While we were still checked in, housekeeping mistakenly discarded these bags, resulting in the loss of thel belongings. The bags understandably resembled trash, although they were not placed in or next to a waste bin and the circumstances were unusual due to the bed bug treatment process. Unfortunately, the items could not be recovered and no resolution was reached afterwards. The hotel itself is otherwise very nice, but this incident had a significant impact on our stay. We still experience some inconvenience after our return due to ongoing quarantine measures for large belongings like stroller and suitcase..
