Buena ubicación!, limpio, y cómodo!

Very good location, good facilities, access to the metro about 10 minutes by foot,

Unfortunately, there were bed bugs in the bed, my girlfriend was covered in bites.

La ubicación, facilidad de check in, limpieza y flexibilidad a la hora de entrar. Bien equipado de todo.

Las camas, eran bastante incómodas deberían de mejorarlas.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem! O local é confortável, limpo, bem localizado e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas expectativas. A comunicação foi excelente, sempre rápida e atenciosa, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Agradecemos pela hospitalidade e certamente recomendaríamos a hospedagem a outras pessoas.

Sinceramente, não temos pontos negativos a destacar. A acomodação correspondeu ao anunciado, estava limpa e organizada, e a comunicação foi sempre muito eficiente. Tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Good location to visit porto, close to the metro and the flat was fully equiped.

The biggest problem was that there were a lot of bed Bugs in sleeping room. I was there with husband and 4 y o child and after first night. We woke up covered in bites, and we found a lot of bloodstains and bedbugs—both small and large—on the bed sheet. I noticed the owner and he called the cleaning lady but only one mattress has been changed. Unfortunately this wasn’t enough and we found again beg bugs the second night. It was awful experience.

The bed very comfortable. The view of the park was lovely. Walkable to all my favorite areas. The big bottle of water was nice to have upon arrival.

The bathroom is a bit of a tight space if you are a larger person.
