La ubicación fué muy buena, el sofá cama poco cómodo para dormir, limpieza bien. En general bien.

Se notó en falta un lavavajillas, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo necesario y el sofá cama para dormir bastante incómodo.

Small but has everything you need. Clean and modern. Great location. Good communication with owner. Good value for money.,

Location is great, within walking distance of metro stations and also close to many tourist attractions and the river side. The apartment was really clean, and all necessary kitchen equipment was available.

From the building entrance to the apartment, there are stairs, and if you have luggage or are traveling with elderly/children, this could be a bit problematic.

Perhaps a few extra basic starter supplies for late arriving guests like (tea and/or coffee, sugar and milk/creamer) albeit the welcome wine was a lovely gesture ;-) I suffer with back issues if the mattress isnt right FOR ME. The mattress contributed to my back issues flaring up.

Location was good as it was close to Metro, a large supermarket and a selection of restaurants and bars. A well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was superb.

The apartment was in need of some basic maintenance. One of the french windows was hanging off its top hinge. The toilet seat was only attached on one side and was very loose. The wall in the shower room was badly cracked which needed attention. Floorboards were lifting and creaked loudly when walked on.
