Location is excellent, 10 minute walk to Sao Bento stations. Clean and tidy apartment with everything you may need. Great shower, comfortable beds.

Lots of stairs up to apartment after walking up hill. In need of a fresh coat of paint throughout and terrible smell coming from shower room drain.
