"Loved the location. Great for a single traveler."

The location was excellent. It was extremely well designed for how small a space it was. It is great for someone traveling alone but would not work for 2 people. The only real place to sit was on the bed.

If the bed had been placed against the wall there may have been room for a chair. Also, it would be good to have someplace to put your luggage.

The location is good, near many attractions.

Many items are broken. The coffee machine, one of the chairs, and the light in the kitchen are all not working. The washing machine doesn’t have English instruction and no dryer function. It’s not well cleaned. There is no elevator; quite challenging if you travel with big and heavy luggage.

"ok for location but not facilities"

The location is excellent for a couple of days visiting the city and the room was clean.

The space is very small, you do have everything but in tiny size. You cant properly wash your face in the 20x10cm sink. There is no space for large luggage, you have to keep everything on the floor. Also the room was very cold and the air control did not heat it up. Would not recommend for people with large stuff and with limited mobility.

"We had a great stay, the location is perfect, if anything can be a little noisy (depending on neighbors) but didn’t both"

Location was perfect . Bed was very comfortable. Couldn't get coffee machine to work properly.

Needs a proper non slip flooring in the shower cubicle or shower mat it's very slippery, had to put a towel in side to stand on , a accident waiting to happen , also needs appropriate mat of some kind when you step out to dry yourself, again another towel , so left us a bit short . To much noise from people upstairs coming and going and can hear every conversation with other people in other rooms .
