The apartment is very nice something I liked it will clean Very comfortable beds they are great and the location is good lower down I know the city walking distance from everything you need our stay was great Thank you very much

in general, I liked everything, but something impressed me and it is not very comfortable in the bathroom, the aspiration does not work. It is a bit strange, but everything is okay, the apartment is great

There was no elevator to get up to the third floor with our luggage, we had to climb stairs and that was hard for a 74-year-old woman.

Terrible communication - no entry details provided before arrival despite repeated requests. Eventually key box code given only to find no key in the box. No personal service or care

It was Clean, decent location

SEVERAL FLIGHTS of stairs that were not disclosed in the property description. There were insufficient basic kitchen items - no dishwashing liquid, only 1 cleaning cloth, no towels, utensils were inadequate for basic cooking. This was a kitchen to store and eat takeaway- NOT cook. The management didn’t respond timely to messages sent to them about issues with the property, resulting in phone calls but nothing was done to correct anything about the situation. The amount of time spent contacting the company through messages and calls was absurd especially since nothing was done by them.

Place was really nice. Bed's were comfortable.The hosts were so helpful!

Not as central as we had hoped but still not too far away.

The location was great, very clean and easy to check-in and out.

Some minor improvements can be done: the entrance light bulb is broken, there was only one extra duvet and it was super cold, there is no button to open the door downstairs so when we ordered in we had to go down to get the food, the kitchen doors need to be fixed, there were a few small pieces of toys in the carpet which led us to think it hadn't been vaccumed.
