La struttura si presenta benissimo, molto moderno ed ordinato. Dispone di tutto il necessario. Letti comodi e tutto molto pulito.

Location and space was great.

Lacking basic supplies. A box of tissues and paper towels upon check in would have been nice after a long day of travel. Only one dish towel for a 4 day stay. Apartment needs a little up keep in upstairs bedroom. Floor was missing a couple wooden floor planks near entrance to bathroom. I was afraid of getting a splinter. We had issues with the gate and called for assistance. Gentleman did not believe the key wasn't working. He seemed annoyed by the call for assistance. We ended up sneaking in using the entrance to the restaurant next door. We would have been locked out had the restaurant gate not been open. Issue was fixed the next day.

We enjoyed the great location, very quiet considering in centre of busy area. Had most of the facilities required.

We had no information at all in the apartment ie internet heating etc . The taps kept falling off and not much in the way of cutlery, tin opener, sharp knife. The wardrobe doors were really hard to open so we left them open once we had managed to prise them open.

The location is excellent, right on a main street with easy access to everything. The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, big windows, and plenty of natural light. The decoration is tasteful and the overall atmosphere is pleasant.

This particular unit faces the main road, so there is some noise. It’s not extreme, but it is noticeable. Also, the layout includes several steps throughout the apartment, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. General condition: The apartment feels not well maintained. It would benefit from a proper deep clean. There are visible stains on sofas and carpets, some parts are broken and rusty and overall it gives the impression of wear rather than care. Kitchen: Some furniture is broken, and the oven was not clean. There is a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, and while there is a kettle, there is no tea provided. Basic items like kitchen towels, paper towels, and bin bags are missing. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have issues. Some tap handles are missing, and in the upstairs bathroom the sink shows rust around the drain. There was also an unpleasant smell upstairs, which made us keep the fan on during our stay. There are signs of mold as well. Basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel are not provided, which would be helpful for short stays. Bedrooms: In the downstairs bedroom, the cupboards are difficult to open due to very small handles and strong magnets. In the main bedroom, there are missing parquet pieces, which create a tripping hazard, especially at night. Other details: Some furniture in the reading corner is broken. It would also help to have simple cleaning tools like a broom or mop available. There are big plant pots, but they arw empty without plants. Overall, the apartment has strong points like location, space, and design. But it currently lacks proper maintenance and attention to detail. With the attitude of the host we had a feeling of unwelcomed and unwanted. With better upkeep, attitude and cleaning, it could offer a much better experience.

Apartment lag super Zentral und man war bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell zu Fuß. Check-In ging super einfach.

Ausstattung war leider sehr minimal, Föhn wie angegeben hat z.b. gefehlt. Man konnte leider nicht lüften weil ansonsten alles nach Essen roch.

Es waren die falschen Schlüssel hinterlegt. Nach einem Anruf konnten wir das c Problem lösen.

Leider haben die Heizkörper nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage musste heizen und das war nicht sehr komfortabel, da es sehr lange braucht, bis es warm ist. Zudem war der Boden in der Wohnung sehr rutschig

We really liked how spacious the apartment was and the location was really good, a nice and cosy place.

It wasn’t super clean but the main problem was a lack of facilities like: kitchen stuff no glasses or plates, no iron
