Panoramic luxury apartment w AC Downtown and Metro

Nice location and beautiful apartment. Has everything needed for stay. Comfortable bed. Clean.

I had an issue with finding cutlery. Waiting for reply about cutlery location via app took some time. For me it was not obvious that it is under oven. Also handheld shower was broken.

Excellent apartment, gorgeous view over the city, well located. Right outside so that no noice of the tourists could disturb the sleep, but in walking distance to the historic center of Porto. Staff support is excellent, could find the cutlery? Someone walks you through it at 11 pm! Locked out? Staff lets you in in minutes on a Sunday and offer complementary later checkout. Lovely.

If you can’t find cutlery: it’s under the oven. No chance finding it without support.

Malheureusement il y a un chien qui aboie la nuit mais c’est indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire. Sinon tout était parfait!!

Loved the room itself and its clever layout. Loved the window. Loved the terrace. Loved the bed. Loved the location. Loved that the room came with a bottle of sparkling wine!

The only small thing was the contact with the host/organisation - it wasn’t super clear who I was speaking to when I was messaging ‘Upmarket’ with questions about check in. And they didn’t get back to me
