ORM - Bainharia Apartment

Locatie: heel goed gelegen in het centrum Heel ruim appartement. Schoon genoeg.

Warmte icm met geluid van de drukke weg van de bovenste slaapkamer. airconditioning zou een aanrader zijn. Gelukkig geen uitgebreide metrowerkzaamheden meer. Dit lijkt bijna klaar. Op wat boorgeluiden gedurende de dag na, geen last van gehad.

A wonderful location if you want to be in the old city.

The room upstairs was first class. However, it was less so in the rooms below. Some items needed attention such as the showerhead falling off the wall.

Small TV , no Netflix Small Bath tub Toilet sink has no hot water , and one sink can’t drain the water No space in one toilet to put the toilet roll . So we have to put the roll on the floor . Noisy, close to the Main Street . One Toilet is too dark , lady can’t do make up nicely

Perfect location, right near everything. The apartment itself was big, spacious, and exactly what we needed. Can’t fault it to be honest.

It was sightly cold until we turned the radiators on. There weren’t instructions on how to use the facilities so we had to ask. A guest info book would be useful.

Plate of cheese and carafe of orange juice on arrival was a lovely touch

No air con but external temperature was fine so not a problem

Location was central, facilities good however the noise was constant and bad!

Outside noise & parking was limited. No lift to the apartment.

Great location and big apartment.

That's not an apartment to stay during the summer period. There is no air conditioning, and no fan available in one of the bedrooms. It was extremely hot and difficult to sleep even using the fan provided in the ensuite. There is also no door to the master bedroom, which was very annoying. If there was any light turned on in the kitchen, corridor or living room, it could be seen from the bedroom, making it hard to fall asleep. The place needs a bit of TLC. Parts of the wardrobe in the ensuite were broken, there is no place to hang the toilet paper, so need to leave it on the floor. No full body mirror in the ensuite bathroom. Things that we didn't consider a problem but could be improved: having a washing machine and a bottle of water as a welcome pack.

Not so much a dislike but FYI, we didn't notice that there was no aircon. There are some fans but it can still get very hot. The streets outside are busy with people and traffic so it can be too noisy to have the windows open particularly at night. There's a metro line currently being built directly outside so that contributes to the noise.
