De gastvrijheid. We mochten zelfs langer blijven. Heel fijn vanwege bagage en late vlucht.

Keuken had wel afwasmiddel mogen hebben en doekjes om de vaat af te drogen, maar het mag geen naam hebben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Porto. Il est idéalement situé, très propre et particulièrement spacieux, ce qui l’a rendu très agréable à vivre. Les instructions fournies étaient claires, complètes et ont facilité notre arrivée ainsi que notre séjour. Le propriétaire a été très sympathique et arrangeant, en acceptant gentiment un départ un peu plus tardif afin de s’adapter à notre vol en soirée. Une très bonne expérience du début à la fin. Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter !

Le faltaba alguna cosa de uso cotidiano como escoba , fregona pero el propietario lo solucionó en seguida

La ubicación.

La equipación escasa para 5 personas, nevera pequeña, el extractor de humos no tenía salida fuera de las habitación y todo el humo y olor se quedaba en la sala. Sabíamos que no había lavadora ni friegaplatos, pero para el número de personas que se pueden alojar sería una muy buena mejora.

Ubicación perfecta porque está lejos del ruido pero cerca del centro y la calle de todas las tiendas

Que sea un apartamento de lujo sin lavavajillas

As described plenty of room and had all the kitchen utensils needed plus towels and bedding.

Regular updates on the property readiness and clear instructions provided on accessing the property. Property location was superb, so central. Host was very helpful. Property had all the amenities we needed and was spacious and comfortable.

Few more glasses and crockery would have been useful

There was a safe in the apartment however to use you had to go to the office to collect a key I'd suggest replacing with a safe where you create the code negating the need for a key. At the very least suggest details of how to use the safe are added to the instructions in the apartment to avoid the customer having to contact your staff to find out
