La ubicación la mejor, lo mejor de lo mejor, todo cerca y la estación de tren a la mano

Tener la clave de las puertas antes de llegar y no tener que llamar. Alguien quien entregue el apartamento para saber que recibo y en que condiciones. Un mapa sencillo de ubicación desde un sitio emblemático o referente para llegar fácil y rápido. Tener caja fuerte para guardar.

Sijainti oli erinomainen, kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. Hiljainen huone, kadun äänet eivät kuuluneet. Heti asunnon vieressä kadulla oli hyvä kahvila.
