La pequeña terraza está bien.

Cuando llegamos, el apartamento estaba muy frío (el termostato marcaba 8°C), tardó dos días en calentarse parte del apartamento (porque solo hay dos radiadores y están prácticamente juntos). Además, había bastantes humedades en una habitación, el salón y el baño (el salón y la habitación olían bastante).

L emplacement. La propreté du logement.

Impossible de prendre une douche. Manque d eau. Piece de vie tres froide. Voisins très bruyant.

Localização e jardim

A casa em geral não tem condições para ser um alojamento local. Não foi feito qualquer investimento no imóvel de forma a torná-lo adequado.. O WC é velho. O quarto é uma sala interior, com uma toalha a tapar a porta de vidro para a luz não entrar... Etc...

Das aller notwendigste war da, für Familie da 2 separate Zimmer tip top, recht abgewohnt zwar, aber sauber.

Die Wohnung wird als behindertengerecht und im Erdgeschoss angepriesen. Stimmt leider nicht, sie ist nur durch eine steile Treppe ins Untergeschoss erreichbar. (Für mich als Rollstuhlfahrer doof) Wir waren über Weihnachten dort, die Heizung war aus und der Boiler auf 20 Grad. Die erste nacht war bei feuchten 11 Grad sehr unangenehm. Die elektoheizungen hatten Mühe die Kellerwohnung auf Temperatur zu bringen. Nach 4 Tagen immerhin ca. 18 Grad.... schade
