Beautiful apartment with plenty of amenities.

Check in process was a bit difficult after hours but understandable.

The place was super spacious and had everything you need. Very clean. Area is also very up and coming. Not far from the Center but not at all touristy and so many cool cafes. Would stay here again!

The key pick up was 15 min drive from the Apartment.

Troublesome to have to fetch the keys far away from the apartment - but, after complaining and writing back and forth… it was arranged that the keys could be delivered. Strange that you have to deposit 100 € - which will be returned when the stay has ended - never been asked that before…

Regarding check in process: -need to improve the process of keys passing!!! -It would be nice to add washing capsules. -the vacuum cleaner was full

Spacious, modern, recently built and outfitted with good quality appliances. Stylish decor and furniture. Very secure. Quiet, artsy neighbourhood. Good range of utensils etc in the kitchen Nice modern bathroom Nice large bed. Good quality linens / towels.

Not enough amenities and no cleaning products (they want you to use an expensive cleaning service at extra charge). Arriving anytime after 4 PM (or weekend) is a pain: you have to pick up keys from a key box at office nearly 15 min drive / taxi ride away. Parking is an issue . To be fair the apartments is not advertised with parking and the site mentions on-street parking. However: - Daytime parking anywhere nearby on the street was nearly impossible. On street parking (chargeable) in the area has a 2 hour limit. So you often have to use (not cheap) garage parking. - The apartment building actually has its own (secure) parking - but not available for your use.

I would have like instructions on washing machine dishwasher and hop in English

Apartment is as great as in the pictures. In a great neighborhood, with close by restaurantes, art galleries and local shops.

There is no parking available at the property. You can park in the street, but I would not recommend. They tried to break into oue car the first night, breaking one of the windows. At the police station there were 6 other foreign people with the same story. You can park 3 days for 20eur in the Parking of the "Palacio de Cristal", but you need to PREPAY the ticket just after you park in the reception of the parking.
