Goabio apartments 2 river view

The location was excellent, with a beautiful view over the Douro River. The manager, Miguel, was very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. One point I would like to mention is a health and safety concern regarding access to the double bedroom. To reach the bedroom, one must climb a staircase. If someone gets out of the right side of the bed while sleepy or disoriented, there may be a risk of falling down the stairs. I would suggest installing a stair rail or protective barrier for extra safety.

Although the accommodation had enough beds for five people, the space felt quite closed and it was almost impossible to have any real privacy. Some of the pillow covers were ripped, there was not enough toilet paper provided for five guests, and there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage.
