"Boa opção a preço justo"

Estacionamento na rua gratuito e bastante fácil na época visitada. Atenção do antifitrão, com informações seguras, gentis e rápidas para um pequeno problema que tivemos com a entrada num de nossos retornos ao quarto. Quarto e banheiro de tamanhos suficientes para uma estadia curta. Cama, roupa de cama e de banho muito boas, frigobar, wi-fi de boa qualidade. Limpeza impecável. Proximidade do Mercado de Bonsucesso.

Falta de elevador, mas o prédio tem apenas 3 pavimentos, o térreo, um para baixo e um para cima, logo não ha maiores dificuldades para acessar os quartos. O quarto utilizado, apesar de ter boa iluminação, era como um sótão, com iluminação externa por claraboia, impedindo que se tenha qualquer vista.
