VIVA Serralves Patio

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable, with fresh bed sheets and working air conditioning, which we appreciated. Great designed apartment with lot of space & patio.

When we arrived, we found that the forks and knives were dirty, which was disappointing. In the room with the air balloons on the wall, the wooden things under the mattress were not in place, so when my mum lay down, she fell in, which was a bit surprising, but we fixed it. It would also be helpful if the showers were stocked with basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. The shower glass door also didn’t close tightly, causing some water to leak onto the bathroom floor. With a few small improvements, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Great location. Close to public transport- bus stop 100 metres away. Very spacious and 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Great for family or 2 couples. I would definitely recommend

It was roomy

The parking was way too small. It would have been nice if English instructions for the washer/dryer. There was only one plug in the kitchen for the coffee machine, kettle, panini maker (no toaster).

The location is perfect! The house was very comfortable, clean and spacious.
