Art & Design Apartment Oporto

Everything was just perfect here. Great and very friendly host, who was waiting for us and explained everything. He was still available on whatsup. The flat was very big, nice, modern and clean. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom. Location was also great, just a few steps from historical center. There is nothing to complaint about, we really enjoyed this accomodation.

The only thing I was missing was a washing machine :-D But no problem at all, I knew it´s not in and that was our last destination, so it was ok.

Very spacious property. Located in a busy social life area. The windows were multi-glazed and insulated the flat from the noise outside. Very close to the central metro station, airport bus and various sights. Easy walk down to the river (but hard going up!!).

It was (hopefully!) a one-off during the Iberian electricity shut down but it affected the inner building electronic door, as well as the lift. More importantly, and surprisingly, there was no access to water in the flat during the outage.

the location is good the check in was easy and quick, and the apartment was spacious had ac which was fantastic

- bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation - bed and pillow were not comfortable the outside door was always opened during our stay, however during our check out the host asked us to leave the keys inside the apartment and not in the safe box outside the apartment door. We checked out on a Sunday and the building door we locked, so we were stuck. not able to retrieve the keys no able to leave the building. we contacted the host several times, but no one answered. we knocked on every apartment, until someone answered and we’re kind enough to open the outside door. to be fair the host has informed us prior to check in to always check the outside door. but it slipped our mind, since we were distracted with packing and double checking the apartment for trash our any belongings.
