I stayed at this apartment from 19 to 21 June and, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Upon entering the room, the smell of damp was immediately noticeable and persistent. We turned on the air conditioning hoping to improve the situation, but to no avail. The bed linens were visibly stained and constantly damp, and the floor felt sticky, making the environment truly uncomfortable. For someone who suffers from asthma, as I do, these conditions were particularly hard to endure. The cleanliness of the room also left a great deal to be desired. There were crumbs and debris under the TV cabinet, as though they had simply been swept underneath rather than properly cleaned. The worst of all was finding — and having to kill — a cockroach in the middle of the room. We only stayed because we had travelled from far away, were exhausted, and had no alternative accommodation available at the time. What was meant to be a peaceful and relaxing weekend turned into a very unpleasant experience. To make matters worse, despite all of these issues, I was not offered any compensation or refund whatsoever.

Je n'ai rien aimé de cet appartement

JAMAIS Je n'ai vu un appartement dans un tel état! Tout était imprégné d'un très haut degré d'humidité! Il y avait de l'eau sur le plancher de la salle de bain, toutes les serviettes, les draps et le matelas sentaient la moisissure et l'humidité. Je n'ose même pas pensé qu'un appartement dans un tel état puisse être offert en location! Une très forte odeur de moisissure et d'humidité nous prend à la gorge aussitôt que nous franchissons la porte! Malgré le fait que nous sommes restés à peine quelques heures et n'avons pas utilisé l'appartement, vous nous avez facturé une nuit et franchement cela est totalement déplorable! C'est totalement honteux de votre part, puisque votre appartement ne remplie aucunement les standards de salubrité. Nous avons réellement l'impression d'avoir été arnaqués!

The location of this property was excellent. It’s clean, modern and the Port was a lovely added touch. Checkin - We were sent the main entrance door code prior to arriving and had no issues. The door key was in a lock box next to the apartment, again code sent. Checkout was effortless leaving key back in lock box. Would highly recommend.

Zuviel Lampen in der Wohnung defekt. In der Nacht zu laut.
