Location, kitchen facilities, lift.

In the bathroom the taps in the bidet and shower need to be repaired or changed. When cleaning, wash the floors under the bed as there is already dust from many years and it contrasts strongly with the clean floor around the bed.

Clean, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. We came to Porto for the second time to walk around the city as much as possible, to attend the concert at the Casa da Musica, for some fado, and to visit Braga and Guimarães, and apartment location was perfect to accommodate all of these activities. We plan to come back in the future when there will be less construction around the city.

Nothing to dislike.

Spacious, well furnished flat. In the heart of the city center, walking distance to the main attractions, bars and restaurants.

At arrival the key wasn't in the box for self-checking, after complaining they brought it 40 minutes later. Towels a bit old and used. Otherwise the rest was perfect.

This apartment is exactly like the photos; it is very spacious and bright, very well equipped, a comfortable bed, great shower, spotlessly clean, modern decor with some lovely quirky touches. The host was in touch with clear instructions before our booking of how to find and get into our apartment and everything was straightforward. We took the metro from the airport and the apartment is literally a few minutes walk from Sau Bento station. It's a fantastic location - very central, with everything in easy reach and lots of nice cafes and restaurants on our doorstep.

Just to point out that the apartment is in the heart of the city so expect a little outside noise. We were going to bed around 11 pm and getting up around 8 am and it didn't bother us at all. The only issue at present (April '26) is that there are building works directly outside the property - not an issue in the evening but they did start quite early some mornings. However, overall, this was not a big issue. Would we stay here again? 100% yes, and would also highly recommend to others.
