The apartment is very well located near the city center; it's quiet, and you can't hear the noise from the street. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Excellent communication with the owner. The apartment has an electronic lock, so no key is needed

excellent location, close to metro station and many restaurants. walkable to most attractions and sights, yet quiet at night. furnished and beautiful apartment with fully equipped kitchen.

The shower door is leaky and causes flooding of bathroom after each shower. The apartment door is very tight and requires much force to open or close.

Nothing to like. It is a run down apartment. The door was stuck. There was seepage in the apartment and the view was just horrible. I requested Paulo to get the door fixed. He promised to get it done but nothing was done. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and generally the apartment lacked any facilities

Cozy apartment, in a very central location, close to most of the city attractions and things to see/do. Super clear apartment, and well maintained building. Communication with the host was good as well.

3 things: 1. The apartment door was not good, was scraping the floor, and requires too much power to open/close. 2. The air conditioning is hidden in the decoration, and air doesn't flow good. 3. Parking in the area is a NIGHTMARE, even all the parking centers were FULL during the weekend evenings, and was IMPOSSIBLE to find a parking, at one of the nights had to wait 1.5 hours to park.

Comfortable, modern designed. Host is very kind and helpful.

Toilet is a bit small

The płace was nice and well-equipped. Location was really perfect to explore the city.

The bathroom was quite small.

Rear facing apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location for our needs. Bed was extremely comfortable, as was the sofa bed. Great communication from team.

Shower water leaks out from under shower enclosure, will need attention. Also had to keep apartment well ventilated to keep the odd damp smell at bay, it would build up if everything was sealed up.
