Host Wise - Restful Minimalist Flat - Balcony

Location was central, convenient for the places that we wanted to visit. Being Vegan we were really impressed by the number of Vegan cafes and restaurants. We liked the two bathrooms in the flat.

The locks on the doors were difficult to open, the toaster didn't work and it tripped the electric supply when we tried to use it af ew tines.

Everything perfect! Pretty nice apparent. Perfect location.

Not suitable for 4 adults. The single beds very uncomfortable, mattresses were sunken and need to be replaced. Soap dispenser in bathrooms were watered down. First time I've been asked to take rubbish out to the dumpster on the street!!

Very good location. The equipment of the apartment is quite sufficient.

I confirm that the mattresses in one of the bedrooms are very worn out, even distorted. The same applies to the bedding, pillows. Since the same comments have been made for a long time by other guests, the owners should have reacted long ago and replaced them immediately. I also cannot confirm the flexibility of the owners, because they did not even react to a polite request to put luggage in the apartment on the day of check-in before 3 pm - it was only about luggage .... In addition, for stays longer than 3/4 days, a second change of towels should be available

The apartment is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and is within walking distance of the city centre. We had no problem finding the keys. The apartment is bright and clean with lots of storage. The main shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. This was a comfortable base for our trip to Porto.

The ensuite bathroom is quite tight for space and the shower door doesn't close properly so water got out easily. It would be nice to have some additional towels provided for a week long stay especially in the hot weather of summer. The balcony is very narrow with no shade.

Good property location. Local metro was only 10 mins walk away and a good choice of bars/restaurants only 15 mins walk away. Very well appointed apartment which was very comfortable and very clean. Easy to contact property management co who responded quickly. There is a very convenient small supermarket just round the corner which was ideal to purchase groceries for our stay. Despite our minor negative comments we would have no hesitation in returning to this property or to recommending someone to stay there.

Lock/key to front door of property was temperamental. On a couple of occasions it took 2/3 minutes to get door to unlock. We also never really worked out how to operate the TV as we could not find any operating instructions. En-suite bathroom for the double bedroom is small. A large person would have difficulty getting to the toilet in this room. View from balcony is uninspiring and is not somewhere to sit out on.

We were at first confused as to where the lock box was located but everything else was fantastic, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
