"Winner of the WORST booking experience to date!"

Location was ok.

Never got to the room! Did not respond to several msgs/emails/phone calls both the days leading up to through day of check-in. Ridiculously bad. Asked if we could park 2-3 hrs earlier than check-in. They just responded that a spot was reserved. No details about process. Got there and no one knew anything. Searched for a spot in the city-which is what we wanted to avoid-amd killed time until 4:00 check-in. Took SEVERAL calls for someone finally to say that he’s busy checking in someone else! (How this other person got an earlier check-in is a mystery.) Guy told us he’d call back in 20 min. Three-and-a-half hours later, we got his call that he was ready. ?!?@# By then, we’d contacted booking and got the green light to look for another property. (Nevermind how much time it took to find a place.) Now we had to find one FAST. What a first impression of Porto. When I told the guy we’re going somewhere else, he had the nerve to tell me he’s just one person and it was a full day. I don’t blame him. Clearly- management doesn’t give 2 euros about customers or employees. Terrible.

Todo era comodísimo y estuvimos genial allí. Al llegar la persona encargada de darnos las llaves y tarjeta del parking nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones de sitios para comer. Si volvemos a Porto en alguna ocasión seguramente repitamos alojamiento

Por poner alguna pega, echamos en falta algún trapo de cocina y el espejo del armario era muy oscuro.

Gabriel, nuestro anfitrion, superò por mucho nuestras espectativas. Se tomó el tiempo de guiarnos por las visitas mas relevantes de la ciudad dandonos detalles claves para disfrutar cada parada. Un joven muy dulce y educado, con buen sentido del humor y amplio conocimiento gastronómico y turisitco de Oporto. El apartamento esta muy bien situado, a 100 mts de un buen supermercado, y pudimos caminar a todos lados, aunque tambien esta cerca del transporte publico.

El sofa-cama necesita ser cambiado. Super incómodo ya que los resortes del colchon estan vencidos por lo que el soporte para el descanso es nulo.
