Superb Flat w/ Balcony and AC by LovelyStay

The location was I guess okay - central but there’s a LOT of climbing up hills

Very unclean, AC was not working which was such a disappointment since that was the reason we booked this apartment, unresponsive staff, bugs everywhere, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed, dust everywhere, electricity kept getting cut and had to keep restarting the breaker

Location is good. Nice views. It's a bit uphill walk to reach the apartment so people with mobility issues should avoid unless you are taking a cab in which case it is OK. Also there is no lift. Apartment was on 1st floor. Very spacious. It even has a dishwasher, however, no washing machine.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but manageable. On our first day we were told that the previous tenants took the key with them and therefore can come back anytime so they had to change the locks. This was a bit discomforting but other than that it's a great place for staying.

The location is perfect and the view is awesome

The smell in the apartment was not the best. Probably because of dampness there is a big stain of mold on the ceiling.

we liked the location. it was a 15 min walk (uphill) to the centre which meant it was really quiet, so we slept really well. the bed was really comfy too

it had a really big terrace which got the morning sun, but the outdoor furniture was old and not comfortable at all. whilst the inside was really clean the terrace looked like it hadn’t been swept in months

Nice View from the flat. Easy to reach.

There was a mouldy smell in the flat. After finding one source, this was removed, but the smell did not really disappear.

It’s a newly renovated modern space that’s surprisingly huge with a great balcony with a view that’s great for a morning breakfast. it turned out to be a convenient location.

It’s on a tiny road in a hilly area but they do have an outdoor escalator that makes it easy to get to the apartment from the river side. It’s a charming part of the city and the positives of the apartment outweigh the hilly walk. you figure out quickly enough where to pick up an Uber
