ORM Praça Apartment

Nice apartment in a great location. Beautiful windows with shutters that kept out the light at night. Air conditioning worked very well. Nice balcany. The ceiling is high which makes the space feel big.

The couch is broken such that one side drops to the ground when sat on, making it very unfomfortable to use. This is unacceptable and needs to he replaced. The staircase is open to the bedroom, as shown in pictures and honestly, please just put a small railing next to it. The bathroom walls could use a refresh. There are no towel hooks at all. We did find a clothes drying rack in the closet that could be used for towels if placed outside the bathroom. There is a very loud fan in the bathroom that is always on. I am not exaggerating when i say it sounded like a helicopter was flying overhead all day and night. We could not find a way to turn it off if there is one. There are several loud outside bars downstairs, which seemed to close at 2 AM. This was expected. Between the very loud bathroom fan and the positioning of the bedroom away from the windows, the bar noise wasn't bad.

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji do zwiedzania:) Trzeba się dostać na 3 piętro ( nie ma windy ), ale nie jest tak wysoko jak niektórzy pisali w opiniach:) balkonik mały, ale widok na dachy miasta piękny:) mimo, że niedaleko wiele miejsc imprezowych, apartament jest cichy;) Czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Naprawdę polecam

Nos gustó todo, por decir algo, las escaleras, no hay ascensor, pero son cómodas de subir

Det er en dejlig lejlighed, faktisk er det hele ét stort rum. Trappen på billederne fører ned til udgangen. Aircondition er øverst i lejligheden og fungerer fremragende. Der er en skøn udsigt fra terrassen, hvor man uforstyrret kan nyde sin kaffe. En perfekt lejlighed til par.

Ventilatoren på badeværelset larmer og kan ikke slås fra.

Location Balcony was a lovely sun trap!

Leaking toilet cistern, causing water to trickle constantly. Round the clock, noisy bathroom fan which hampered the ability to have a good nights sleep. Dirty carpet. Uncomfortable broken sofa. Overall a lovely apartment in a brilliant location just needs some TLC/maintenance up-keeping!

Very clean apartment, good location, really comfortable bed. The host was super friendly, we got lots of tips on what to do and visit in Porto and they answered all our questions.

The location and the terrasse

The really late check-in is not convenient when travelling (5:00pm), the text with the rental agency looks like it is a chat bot and do not address your issues, a morning we had construction worker working on the roof (no insulation) and the agency did it warned us before.
