Great location

Keys so hard to open the door. It broke in the lock and I had to pay for the new ones. Electric trips very often Bathroom sink doesn’t drain. WiFi didn’t work . Couldn’t work the tv either. Balcony overlooks ugly run down areas and a very noisy restaurant downstairs. Very tired and dated decoration. Needs modernising I personally wouldn’t book this apartment again.

Appartement très bien situé, 20 mn à pied des restaurants près du pont. Très bien équipé. Très beau balcon sans aucun vis à vis. Quartier calme.

La salle de bain aurait besoin d’être modernisée.

The position is unbeatable, the apartment spacious, the wifi fast.

I don't like I've to pay a 100 euro deposit, I don't like it at all and I think that, in general, Booking.com should make it much clearer when you book a place if that place require a deposit. I pay with my credit card so in case of any trouble I'm easy to reach and get charged, but the 100 deposit is not acceptable. Then, the freezer was broken. I arrived at home and I found a lake of water in the kitchen, I had to use all the towels in the apartment to stop it and to block the leak around the fridge. I wrote it to the managers, they answered someone would have been able to come just at the end of the week, which means that I had to stay for the whole duration of my stay with a broken freezer, towels on the floor, water flooding in the kitchen. Also, I wasn't asked if I needed other towels, despite the fact I did mention I had to use all of them. Also, I wasn't offered a discount for what happened, which I think would have been fair. But, on the other side, the managers are very good in remembering the money you owe them and even threat you to not release the self check in codes if you do not give them your credit card number for the 100 euro deposit.
