Experiencia mejorable. El edificio no tiene ascensor, lo que complica mucho el acceso si viajas con equipaje o tienes movilidad reducida. Además, la gestión del equipaje y las llaves fue deficiente: llegamos a las 18:00 y las llaves no estaban en el buzón como correspondía. Entiendo que se busque la automatización del proceso, pero la atención al cliente es demasiado impersonal; a cualquier duda que planteas, te remiten sistemáticamente a las instrucciones. Por último, la distribución de la habitación es un tanto extraña y poco funciona

Gostei de tudo. Fui muito bem atendida, quarto super confortável, localização excelente.

The location is ok. No parking available even though when this information was displayed during the booking process.

The communication with the people managing their accommodation was terribly bad, you find yourself talking to a chatbot that doesn’t understand what you want or what you need, only human intervention after more than 20 messages.I booked the parking space in advance but nobody told me how I access the parking space so I had to park somewhere else.

We didn't stay in the apartment.We were so dissapointed and disgusted,we handed the keys back to the owner in the flat.

Shower was dirty and mouldy, shower head wedged in position with a spoon handle. A musty smell throughout the apartment. The bed felt damp to the touch A "Garden View" was delapidated buildings.
