Helder met us at the apartment to show us everything we needed to know. Very central. Walking distance to everything !

Mattress in main bedroom was very hard. We took the mattress from the sofa bed and put it on top to add comfort.

The location of this ‘Alojamente Local’ (AL) is very good. The apartment has a large space good for even 3-4 persons. Car parking is a great asset. The host is a nice person and he assisted us throughout our booking and stay, and he welcomed us late night at the location. The coffee machine worked well. Overall, it was a clean house with clean linens and towels.

The dishwasher doesn’t exist at all although it is still listed among facility equipment assets. The laundry machine’s door is broken, and the machine seems not to have been fixed for a long while. It is tricky to get your shower using seamless warm water. The trick is to flash the warm water in the lavabo and keep it running steadily until the end of your shower. The same applies to the water running from the shower at an appropriate temperature for your needs.

It was clean and light, good communication with the host until we arrived at the apartment.

The mattresses were all quite stiff and uncomfortable. We made a request for more bed linen so that the sofa could be used as a bed, as it was more comfortable than the real beds, but were never answered by the host. Beware that the outside insulation is good, but if there's noise from inside the building you'll hear every single song like it's in your own living room (ofc this is not on the host, we were likely just unlucky)
